Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented procurement and data management professional to maintain records of POs and OOEs, coordinate submissions, and support automation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and data accuracy in a dynamic government-related environment.

Successful candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in procurement, contract administration, or data management would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with public sector operations and knowledge of Government Procurement procedures is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of AI and automation technologies and their practical applications.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Willing to undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor records of outstanding aged Purchase Orders (POs) and Outstanding Order Expenses (OOE), ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up with relevant units.
• Coordinate with relevant units on pending submissions, updates, and quarterly housekeeping exercises.
• Review and consolidate updates on competency records for management reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with the AI and Automation Project Team to streamline and automate the collection, monitoring, and reporting of submissions and status updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
