Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a meticulous Junior Procurement Executive in Singapore to support Central Kitchen operations by sourcing and purchasing food and non-food items. You will work with suppliers, production, and QA to ensure stable supply, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field, minimum 1 year procurement experience (F&B preferred), strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or relevant field is required.
• At least 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase food and non-food items for the Central Kitchen.
• Maintain and build strong supplier relationships while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to ensure product quality meets specifications.
