Track inventory: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Process orders: Create, approve, and track purchase orders through completion.
Analyze costs: Review spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance: Guarantee all purchasing aligns with legal and company policies.
Resolve disputes: Address delivery delays, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
