Job summary

CYCLECT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Singapore to oversee procurement functions including sourcing, vendor management, and compliance. You will play a key role in negotiating and implementing strategies that enhance cost efficiency and supply reliability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of procurement experience, particularly in M&E, construction, or marine industries. Strong skills in negotiation and stakeholder management are essential for this role, along with familiarity with procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and tender support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation and purchasing based on team needs.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
• Implement and support procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.
• Manage vendor onboarding, compliance and performance monitoring.
• Address supply chain, quality, delivery and commercial issues.
• Drive procurement process improvements and adoption of best practices.
• Leverage digital procurement tools to enhance automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project and operational needs.
• Guide and support Procurement Assistants through knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within M&E, Construction or Marine industries.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and tender support.
• Good commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with procurement systems and digital workflows.
