Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution. You will manage Processing Officers, allocate tasks, and monitor compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include training new hires, conducting spot checks, and submitting daily reports to Management. The role requires a minimum GCE O Level and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in operations or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively.

• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs.

• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements.
• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items.
• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management.
• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Working Hours / Location

• 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
• AM Shift: 9am to 6.30pm (1hr lunch break)
• PM Shift: 12.30pm to 10pm (1hr lunch break)
• Midview City (MRT - Thomson-East Coast Line)
