Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily processing operations at Midview City, with rotating AM/PM shifts. You will lead Processing Officers, ensure accurate processing of applications per SOPs, and conduct regular quality checks.

The role requires a minimum GCE O Level and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in operations or processing. Attractive incentives and allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Oversee Processing Officers, ensuring proper task allocation and manpower coverage.
• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards.
• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements.
• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring accountability of controlled items.
• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management.
• Adhere to Authority and site operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs
• Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards
• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements
• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items
• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management
• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred
• Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively

Working Hours / Location

• 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
• AM Shift: 9am to 6.30pm (1hr lunch break)
• PM Shift: 12.30pm to 10pm (1hr lunch break)
• Midview City (MRT – Thomson-East Coast Line)
