Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supervisory Operations professional to support a leading transportation statutory board. You will supervise daily processing, allocate tasks, monitor shifts, and ensure accurate encoding in line with SOPs.

You will train new hires, conduct audits, prepare reports, maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance. The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and a rotating 4-day work schedule at Midview City,

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Prior experience in operations, processing, or similar supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage shift-based operations and coordinate team deployment effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Basic understanding of systems, data processing and reconciliation.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily processing operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Oversee Processing Officers (POs), ensuring proper task allocation and adequate manpower coverage.
• Ensure accurate encoding and processing of applications in compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain work quality and compliance standards.
• Train and guide new hires on system usage, processes, and operational requirements.
• Manage shift handover and takeover, ensuring proper accountability of controlled items.
• Submit daily operational and reconciliation reports to Management.
• Ensure adherence to Authority and site operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
