Job summary

WSA is seeking a production & engineering professional in Singapore to support manufacturing operations and product quality initiatives. You will execute production buyoffs, troubleshoot issues with engineers, provide daily reports, and assist with new process setup and documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years in production/engineering, with SMT/semiconductor or similar manufacturing experience, and the ability to read 2D/3D drawings and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in production & engineering.
• Experience in SMT/Semiconductor or related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute production buyoff procedures and shop floor line support.
• Troubleshoot and analyse product quality issues; work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide daily task reports.
• Support Lean / CIP projects, trial runs and cost-saving evaluations.
• Identify and monitor production process/machine parameters.
• Maintain process checklists and logbooks.
• Assist with new process setup (NPI).
• Assist process documentation and training to manufacturing personnel.
• Able to perform measurements for 2nd source component trial runs.
