Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Specialist to support manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will act as the first point of contact for process issues, assist engineers with process functions, and help maintain precise work instructions for SFC and SAP workflows.

Responsibilities include developing process operation flows, driving Kaizen initiatives, training production staff, and supporting NPI and mass production runs, while participating in ISO-related activities

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows.
Experience in BOM management and Agile systems.
Ability to collaborate with peers, engineers, and management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for process-related issues.
Support engineers in handling process-related functions to ensure efficient production.
Assist in developing and maintaining process operation flows based on customer and business requirements.
Ensure production work instructions are properly maintained, including SFC control and SAP processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen activities).
Conduct training for production staff on work instructions and process updates.
Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production runs.
Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation and maintenance.
