Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore seeks a Production Technician to support 12-hour wafer production and ensure machine process integrity for 200mm/300mm fabs.

You will assist engineers in process qualification, troubleshoot issues, monitor SPC data, and coordinate with specialists to meet module objectives while following SOPs.

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics; minimum 1 year experience; ability to rotate 12-hour shifts; strong teamwork and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support wafer production and ensure machine process integrity.
• Assist Engineers in qualification and fine-tuning of production processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize downtime for lots.
• Monitor and improve the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure SOPs are followed and objectives met.
