Job summary

Safran Singapore seeks an engineering professional to provide day‑to‑day shop floor support for special process manufacturing. You will identify process improvements to enhance product quality and work efficiency, assist fixture design and modification, and ensure compliance with specifications and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace.
• At least 2 years in Special Process Manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day shop floor support for special processes.
• Identify process improvements to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Support fixture design, modification and procurement.
• Conduct non-conformance gap analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors.
