Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a hands-on production operator for a highly automated chemical plant on Jurong Island. You will support commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day operations while monitoring equipment to ensure peak plant performance.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related technical discipline.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling activities, and routine operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
• Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.
