Job summary

UNIMATEC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD invites a Production Process Technician to support safe and efficient operation of the plant's production processes. You will help ensure equipment runs smoothly, materials are handled properly, and product quality remains high.

The role requires basic IT skills, data entry and Excel proficiency, strong teamwork, and a hands-on, multi-tasking mindset. Jurong Island site with 12-hour shifts and company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level or equivalent
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus
• Computer-literate with data entry and Excel skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Hands-on and able to multi-task
• Self-disciplined and independent worker
• Safety-minded approach to work

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the production plant
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain safety rules and 5S discipline
• Assist in loading/unloading ISO tanker and raw materials, manage waste sorting and stock
• Weigh and charge materials (PA & RE)
• Assist team lead in troubleshooting plant issues
• Conduct confined space Tank cleaning (PA & RE) and reactor cleaning (PA)
• Take process gas/product samples using GC (RE) and perform weekly pH meter calibration (CHE & PA)
