The role involves supporting commissioning, start-up, shutdown and daily operations, with focus on safety, data logging, and equipment reliability in a robust plant environment. The position requires a NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology and a willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related technical discipline.
• Willingness to work on a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule.
• Solid commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Proactive team player with eagerness to learn.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown and daily production operations.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling and routine operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
• Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and preparedness activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards and company procedures.
