Job summary

ST Recruitment Centre in Singapore invites engineering graduates to join the sales department, handling technical inquiries, interpreting client requirements, and leading clarification meetings. You will provide process design and technical support, including flowsheets, and assist with costing and quotations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; occasional travel is required. The role follows a 5-day work week with salary around SGD 3,000+.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are strongly welcome to apply.
• Applicant with experience in Powder Processing System & Equipment or Engineering Sales is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Be a team member of the sales department.
• Study technical enquiries and interpret client requirements and/or URS.
• Lead technical clarification meetings.
• Provide process design, technical and application support including flowsheets.
• Provide costing on proposed equipment/solutions and prepare quotations.
• Prepare technical presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with factory to request quotations.
• Collaborate with draughtsman for process flow diagrams and layouts.

Jobs Descriptions:

• Be a team member of the sales department

• Participate and lead technical clarification meeting
• Provide process design, technical and application support including process flow diagram or flowsheet generation
• Provide costing on proposed equipment/solutions according to customer requirements within the stipulated budget; prepare quotation together with the scope of supply on technical specification.
• Prepare technical presentation to client
• Liaise with factory or counterpart to request for quotation
• Work with draughtsman for the process flow diagram or flowsheet and layout generation.
