You will be joining our newly set-up Engine Module Shop to support process improvement initiatives for engine module disassembly and assembly operations. This internship offers a cross-functional and hands‑on experience in problem solving and continuous improvement to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost in the business.

Learn, understand and adopt FLIGHT DECK fundamentals in helping the team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives. Observe first‑hand the engine module disassembly and assembly operations to help engineers map out current state, analyse data, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions such as ergonomics, mistake‑proofing, cycle‑time reduction, visual management, and digitisation.
Hands‑on and analytically minded candidates who likes problem solving and eager to work in a shop operations environment. Strong communicators and collaborative team players with an interest in lean and process improvement.
