GE Aerospace Singapore is seeking a motivated Digital Transformation Intern to support our initiatives in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic aerospace environment.

From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS). GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview
  • Support the development and implementation of an LMS system.
  • Collaborate with departments such as engineering, operations, and labs to identify pain points and propose solutions.
  • Participate in data collection, cleaning, and preparation activities to support digital transformation projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and presentations related to workflow projects.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing digital systems and processes.
  • Create onboarding content and digital learning materials with VR/AR tools.
