Job summary

LINDE GAS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior analyst to support interface requirements within the JI gasification complex and external utilities.

You will manage nominations, data exchanges, and invoicing processes, while supporting PvD interfaces and internal regional reporting. The role involves coordinating with Commercial and Finance, handling contractual queries, and contributing to downtime and reliability monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in process plant operations or planning.
• Exposure to coordination tasks across multiple teams.
• Experience handling technical invoices is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Nomination for customers (product availability) and demand for utilities (power, NG, etc.).
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate customer invoicing.
• Billing and invoice generation/processing in SAP.
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products.
• Linde internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability); regional & global reporting support.

To support interface requirements for within JI gasification complex & external (including customers & 3rd Party utility suppliers), reporting and data analysis.

• Nomination process for customers (product availability) and demand for utility (power, NG, etc.)
• Month‑end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers
• Billing and invoice generation and process in SAP
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products
• Linde internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability), including regional &global reporting and support in setting up monitoring dashboards
• Track overall plant status – manage stakeholder communication during downtimes & dynamic operations
• Support Commercial and Finance teams for implementation of contractual requirements, technical queries

Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 years experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations or planning, coordination tasks.
• Candidates with experience managing technical invoices are welcomed
