Job summary

LINDE GAS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-focused analyst to support interface requirements for JI gasification and external partners. You will handle nomination processes for customers and manage demand for utilities, ensuring timely month-end data exchanges for invoicing.

You will contribute to SAP invoicing processes and assist operations interfaces for Production vs Demand of Merchant Products, while supporting internal reporting across regional and global scopes.

Qualifications

• Chemistry/engineering background required.
• 1–2 years experience with process plant operations or planning/coordination tasks.
• Experience in handling technical invoices is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support interface requirements for JI gasification complex and external stakeholders.
• Nomination process for customers (product availability) and demand for utility (power, NG, etc.).
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers.
• Billing and invoice generation and process in SAP.
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products.
• Linde internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability), including regional & global reporting.
• Track overall plant status – communicate with stakeholders during downtime and dynamic operations.
• Support Commercial and Finance teams for contractual requirements and technical queries.

• Nomination process for customers (product availability) and demand for utility (power, NG, etc.)
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers
• Billing and invoice generation and process in SAP
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products
• Linde internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability), including regional &global reporting and support in setting up monitoring dashboards
• Track overall plant status – manage stakeholder communication during downtimes &dynamic operations
• Support Commercial and Finance teams for implementation of contractual requirements, technical queries

Requirements:

• Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• 1-2 years experience with demonstrable exposure to process plant operations or planning, coordination tasks.
• Candidates with experience managing technical invoices are welcomed
