Job summary

Linde Group in Singapore is seeking a data reporting and operations support specialist to manage nomination/demand for utilities, data exchange for invoicing, and SAP-based billing. The role supports PvD interfaces and internal regional/global reporting, while tracking plant status and coordinating with Commercial and Finance on contractual requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Chemical Engineering background and 1–2 years exposure to process plant operations or planning, with invoicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in process plant operations or planning/coordinating tasks.
• Experience with invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nomination process for customers (product availability) and demand for utility (power, NG, etc.).
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers.
• Billing and invoice generation and process in SAP.
• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products.
• Linde internal reporting (MID, Downtime, Reliability), including regional & global reporting and support in setting up monitoring dashboards.
• Track overall plant status – manage stakeholder communication during downtimes & dynamic operations.
• Support Commercial and Finance teams for implementation of contractual requirements, technical queries.

To support interface requirements for within JI gasification complex & external (including customers & 3rd Party utility suppliers), reporting and data analysis.

• Nomination process for customers (product availability) and demand for utility (power, NG, etc.)
• Month-end data exchange to facilitate invoicing for customers

• Support as operation interface for PvD (Production vs Demand) for Merchant Products

Requirements:
