Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a capable engineer to monitor and own inline SPC, defects, and equipment abnormalities in a leading semiconductor foundry. You will manage productivity projects for new processes, setting parameters to maintain line stability and evaluating new equipment, materials, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module process.
• Experience with 22/28 nm nodes is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and project management.
• Ability to analyze complex process issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a leading global semiconductor foundry, providing advanced IC manufacturing and specialty technology solutions to customers.

The Job:

• Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timelyaddress in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
• Manage projects in productivity improvement,particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool toimprove process condition and technology
• Establish process parameters for a variety ofsemiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
• Evaluation and development of newequipment/materials/process

The Talent:

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree inElectronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years insemiconductor foundry module process
• 22/28 nanometer and below advance technologynodes experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of process development,optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills in leadingcross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement ortechnology transfer
• Ability to analyze complex process issues,identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Experience skills including SPC, 8D reporting,DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred
