Job summary

One Vogue Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer - Semiconductor for Pasir Ris with shift work. Basic salary ranges from SGD 4,000 to SGD 6,000 per month.

The role focuses on monitoring process performance, driving productivity, and optimizing manufacturing processes in a wafer fabrication environment. The candidate should be experienced in semiconductor process engineering and familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D tools, with the ability to work on shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D.
• Ability to work in shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily process performance, SPC trends, defects and equipment abnormalities, and take timely corrective actions.
• Drive productivity and process improvement projects for new process introduction and technology development.
• Analyze process characteristics and data to optimize process conditions, stability and overall performance.
• Establish and optimize process parameters for semiconductor manufacturing equipment to maintain stable production.
• Evaluate and develop new processes, materials and equipment to support manufacturing requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support and coordinate cross-functional projects involving process improvement, technology transfer and production optimization.
• Apply quality and problem-solving tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D to improve process performance and yield.

• Monitor daily process performance, SPC trends, defects and equipment abnormalities, and take timely corrective actions.
