Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring in Singapore for a role dedicated to developing and supporting the Dry Etch process in semiconductor fabrication. Candidates will work in a cleanroom environment with potential rotation between locations including Woodlands, Tampines, and Yishun.

We are looking for individuals with a degree in Chemical Engineering, willing to troubleshoot and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Entry-level salary is between $3200 - $3400, while experienced candidates can earn up to $4200.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch process.
• Develop new or modified process formulations and specifications.

Salary: $3200 - $3400 (Entry Level), Up to $4200 (Experienced)

Location: Woodlands / Tampines / Yishun (Work location may rotate when required)

Job scope

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch process
• Develop new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/ scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems
