Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer (Fab) in the East region to monitor inline SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities and drive productivity improvements for new processes. You will establish process parameters to ensure line stability and participate in evaluating new equipment and materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module processes, with experience in 22/28 nm nodes preferred. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronic/electrical/chemical/mechanical/physics).
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor foundry module process.
• 22/28 nm and below nodes experience desirable.
• Strong process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Leadership in cross-functional teams and tech transfer.
• Able to commit to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to address inline SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities.
• Manage productivity improvement projects for new processes using process characteristic analysis.
• Establish process parameters for various semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability.
• Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials or processes.
