Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a process engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, run DOE experiments, and drive continuous improvements in fabrication processes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work in a cleanroom, travel as needed, and delivering technical solutions that enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, process engineering, or a related technical environment.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, process characterization, and experimental design (DOE).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage customers on technical matters.
• Comfortable working in a semiconductor fabrication (cleanroom) environment, supporting standby duties, and travelling overseas when required.
