Job summary

THALES DIS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically competent Process Engineer to support manufacturing technology operations, maintain process stability and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, perform DOE and PFMEA, analyse data to identify trends, and implement sustainable solutions. The role includes developing documentation, training operators and supporting audits, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and process development.
• Familiarity with DOE, PFMEA, SPC and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proactive problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production to maintain stable, efficient processes.
• Investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time and capability indices.
• Lead DOE, process capability studies and statistical analyses.
• Develop PFMEA, Control Plans and SPC documentation.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance.
• Deliver training and maintain work instructions and SOPs.
