Job summary

Dyson's Singapore Advanced Manufacturing site seeks a Process Engineer to own assigned manufacturing processes, provide day-to-day engineering support to keep production safe, stable and efficient, and lead improvements in quality and yield.

You will analyse production data, run SPC/DOE studies, maintain controls and documentation, develop SOPs and PFMEAs, manage non-conformances, and support NPI readiness with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or IE.
• 1–5 years manufacturing/engineering experience; high-volume preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internship or project experience encouraged.
• Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE, FMEA and RCA.
• Proficient in Excel or similar data-analysis tools; Lean/Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve process performance, yield, scrap, Cp/Cpk and quality metrics.
• Review production data to identify trends and gaps; support corrective actions.
• Maintain process stability with effective controls and monitoring.
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs, PFMEAs and Control Plans; ensure compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Lead process trials, equipment qualification and validation for NPI readiness.
• Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams to resolve issues.
