Job summary

UNITED MICROELECTRONICS CORPORATION (Singapore Branch) in Singapore seeks a Process Engineer to drive in-line SPC/data analysis, improve yields and stabilize manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop new process parameters, and support equipment/material evaluations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily line performance, owning defect disposition, applying DOE and FMEA to optimize steps, and ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to semiconductors or materials.
• Experience in process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional project management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex process issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
• Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool to improve process condition and technology
• Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
• Evaluation and development of new equipment/materials/process
