Job summary

HERAEUS MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced Process Engineer to lead daily line troubleshooting, sustainment, and data-driven improvements in a high-demand manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering and at least 6 years of relevant experience, with Lean Six Sigma credentials highly advantageous. You will drive cost reductions, ensure BOM/Routing accuracy in SAP, and support audits and NPI projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, or Material Science
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge is highly advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of OHS and EMS is desirable

Responsibilities

• Daily line troubleshooting and sustaining
• Ensure KPIs are closely monitored and within control
• Involve in RCA, FMEA and Customer Complaints Troubleshooting
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities
• Process optimization and improvement in ECN projects
• Maintain and review process documentations
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste
• Verify and ensure BOM and Routing setup properly for new or existing material numbers in SAP
• Support customer / certification audit
• Support as internal auditors for certification need if necessary
• Ensure smooth transition to mass manufacturability in PDP and CD projects
• Participation and support in New Process & Equipment Development Projects with NPI teams
• Involve in procurement initiatives in 2nd sourcing or EOL situations
• Lead individual COGS/Cost Reduction Projects

• Fundamental SAP knowledge is an advantage to aid in creating BOM, Routing and New Material number creation
