TALENTSOURCE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Process Engineer in Singapore to drive manufacturing excellence, refine workflows, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

You will analyze operational data, collaborate across departments, and eliminate production bottlenecks while upholding quality standards. Responsibilities include Lean Six Sigma-driven process optimization, documentation updates (SOPs, ECOs, QMS), and training of production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles; SAP/MES experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean Six Sigma upgrades.
• Lead data-driven analysis of production workflows to uncover inefficiencies and engineer streamlined solutions.
• Lead root-cause evaluations and collaborate with engineering squads to implement process improvements and track long-term performance.
• Author and update SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and control maps.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) ensuring all related documentation and tooling are updated.
• Maintain and advance the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet benchmarks.
• Upskill production personnel with hands-on training on assembly protocols, safety, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new manufacturing technologies and resolve roadblocks quickly.
• Maintain flexibility to support overtime during peak demand and perform miscellaneous duties.

Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Drive operational efficiency by identifying system bottlenecks and implementing strategic upgrades using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Conduct data-driven analysis on production workflows to uncover inefficiencies and engineer streamlined solutions.
• Lead root-cause evaluations and collaborate with engineering squads to execute process enhancements and track long‑term performance.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

• Author and update critical technical documentation , including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process flows, and control maps.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) by ensuring all related documentation, tools, jigs, and fixtures are accurately updated.
• Maintain and advance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all products comply with standardized quality assurance benchmarks.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Upskill production personnel by delivering hands‑on training on assembly protocols, safety compliance, and quality metrics.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to introduce new manufacturing technologies and resolve operational roadblocks swiftly.
• Maintain operational flexibility to support the team with overtime hours during peak demand cycles, and handle miscellaneous duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean /Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• SAP / MES experience is highly desirable.
