Job summary

Menicon Singapore is seeking a process validation professional to advance manufacturing quality and efficiency. The role focuses on validation activities ( IQ, OQ, PQ ) and using statistics to improve processes and products.

You will support development, document validations and drive improvements, contributing to a disciplined, data-driven manufacturing environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Minitab and JMP, or other software for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience in Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ Activities.
• Drive product quality through the development and improvement of current and future processes using sound statistical methodologies.
• Provide technical and project-based support for process and product development ensuring smooth implementation and validation of new processes.
• Deliver project-based processes improvements, individually and as part of a team.
• Document all validations, trial and qualification activities.
