Job summary

Menicon Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Service Technician to join our Singapore manufacturing facility. You will operate production equipment to meet schedules and provide troubleshooting support to maintain quality.

The role requires reading electrical and mechanical diagrams, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in safety initiatives. Candidates must be able to lift 10–15 kg and work in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Engineering or related field.
• Able to read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to meet target production schedule and output.
• Provide technical support in troubleshooting equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform daily and monthly preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency of equipment.
• Participate in workplace safety and quality improvement projects.

Our Technicians play a key role in ensuring our operational efficiency and product quality by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to our production equipment.

• Perform daily, monthly preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability and efficiency of equipment
• Actively participate in workplace safety, quality improvement projects

Requirements

• NITEC in any Engineering discipline
• Able to read and understand electrical and mechanical diagram
• Able to perform 12 hours shift and is willing to work overtime
• Able to lift 10-15kg.
• Willing to work in controlled environment
