Job summary

Menicon Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Process Validation Engineer to lead IQ/OQ/PQ validations and drive quality improvements. You will apply DOE/SPC methods, leverage Minitab/JMP, and automate data analysis with Excel VBA to support new and existing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Minitab and JMP or equivalent statistics software.
• Knowledge of DOE and SPC methodologies.
• Experience with Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Improve product quality via statistical methods in current and future processes.
• Provide technical and project support for process and product development.
• Deliver process improvements individually or in teams on projects.
• Document all validations, trials, and qualification activities.

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ Activities.
• Drive product quality through the development and improvement of current and future processes using sound statistical methodologies.
• Provide technical and project-based support for process and product development ensuring smooth implementation and validation of new processes.
• Deliver project-based processes improvements, individually and as part of a team.
• Document all validations, trial and qualification activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Minitab and JMP, or other software for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience in Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.
