Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Process Engineer. You will be responsible for wet etch processes and closely collaborating with engineers to improve manufacturing quality and efficiency. Candidates should possess a diploma in a related STEM field with at least 2 years of experience. Role Summary

You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in Wet Etch module.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in monitoring and running wet etch processes, including wafer cleaning, oxide/nitride removal, metal etching, and surface prep steps.

  • Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality with urgency.

  • Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.

  • Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.

  • Support to analyze production anomalies and maintain/improve statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.


Education Qualification & Essential Experiences


  • A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge; Experience working in a 12" fab would be advantageous

  • Opportunity to travel overseas for training (Subject to needs and expectations)
