Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to monitor, sustain, and improve semiconductor tooling within our MSB site.

You will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, dismantle and rebuild equipment, and use diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance, with a 12-hour rotating shift. This role requires a Diploma in Engineering with preferred specialization and knowledge of semiconductor processes; AI-enabled enhancements are encouraged

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic preferred).
• Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies preferred.
• Able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Disassembles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
