METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a dynamic telesales professional to drive proactive selling of service contracts in Singapore. You will manage a defined account list, execute targeted campaigns, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close orders while understanding client needs.

Strong relationship-building, telephone communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP will help you succeed. A customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency with web and electronic tools.

Responsabilités

• Proactive Sales: Drive the proactive sales of Service Contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated target accounts.
• Campaign Execution: Execute targeted telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads and enquiries, prepare compelling quotations, and close orders effectively.
• Customer Understanding: Understand customers’ needs and provide professional recommendations tailored to each client.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
