Empower Partners Singapore is partnering with an established External Asset Management (EAM) office to hire a Private Wealth Client Management Executive to support its private wealth business and deliver a high standard of client service to HNW and UHNW clients.

You will support Relationship Managers in onboarding, KYC/AML documentation and reviews, coordinate with private banks and custodians, and prepare client reports, statements and portfolio updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Business or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, client servicing or relationship management support.
• Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML processes and private banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage affluent clients and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience working with private banks or EAM platforms will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support Relationship Managers in servicing HNW and UHNW clients.
• Handle onboarding, KYC/AML documentation and reviews.
• Coordinate with private banks, custodians and internal stakeholders on maintenance and transfers.
• Prepare client reports, account statements, portfolio updates and presentation materials.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up on pending operational matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the private wealth team.
