WILLMARK ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a self-motivated Assistant Relationship Manager for the EAM desk to support External Asset Managers and Independent Wealth Advisors.

You will manage onboarding, KYC/AML checks and cross-asset trade execution while ensuring rigorous compliance. In this role you will coordinate portfolio administration, collateral actions and client communications, acting as the primary operational POC for EAM teams and maintaining strong regulatory compliance across MAS

Qualifications

• A degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in a dedicated EAM Desk.
• RNF License is a MUST.
• Strong interpersonal communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end EAM onboarding and KYC for corporate structures, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Receive, verify and execute cross-asset orders via secure channels.
• Serve as primary operational POC for EAM teams; resolve settlements and payment issues.
• Prepare portfolio valuations, account summaries and custom statements; handle fee calculations.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk matrices and regulatory frameworks.

Our client is a Prominent Foreign Financial Institution and are searching for a self‑motivated and detailed Assistant Relationship Manager for their EAM desk.

This role will provide critical operational support to External Asset Managers and Independent Wealth Advisors who book assets with our client. Managing complex account openings, multi‑custody order executions and ongoing portfolio administration with rigorous compliance reviews to ensure a seamless service experience for their clients is critical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• EAM Client Onboarding & KYC: Manage the end to end account opening process for corporate structure and trust as well as Individual High-net-worth accounts initiated by EAMs. Perform rigorous CDD, KYC and AML checks in line with MAS guidelines.
• Trade Execution & Processing: Receive, verify and accurately execute cross‑asset orders routed by EAM partners via telephone or secured institutional messaging systems.
• Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary operational POC for EAM operations teams. Resolve trade settlements issues, corporate action discrepancies and payment delays promptly.
• Portfolio & Administrative Management: Coordinate regular portfolio valuation reports, account summaries and custom financial statements for EAM partners. Handle fee calculations, retrocession payments and administrative callbacks.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure all transactions and daily workflows adhere strictly to internal risk matrices, cross‑border rules and regional regulatory frameworks.

• RNF License is a MUST.
