Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Services Associate to support UHNW clients in their investments and private matters, coordinating with banks, legal and tax advisors, and service providers to ensure compliant, timely administration.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, client-facing approach to handle subscriptions, KYC, capital calls, distributions, and reporting across private equity and public markets.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UHNW clients in asset and wealth management is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with private banking and investment processes.
• Excellent client service, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point for client's bank accounts, assets and investments.
• Liaise with private banks, financial institutions, and advisors on behalf of clients.
• Handle banking matters including account opening, trades, liquidity, and transfers.
• Assist with subscriptions, remittances, capital calls, distributions and KYC.
• Prepare LP reports and investment statements; update portfolio presentations.
• Support SPV investments and ad hoc client requests.
