Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle new account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, and payments.
• Assist in onboarding and KYC benchmarking for clients.
• Respond to client and RM inquiries regarding services and products.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
• Support onboarding of Relationship Managers.
• Assist in fund subscription documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for onboarding.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle new account openings, account maintenance, asset transfers, loans, payments, order taking, and product recommendations.
• Assist in account openings during the onboarding process, including assisting with KYC beef-up and KYC benchmarking
• Manage and resolve client/RM inquiries regarding Raffles Family Office services and products.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
• Assist with the onboarding of new Relationship Managers.
• Assist in fund subscription documentation and processing.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Relationship Managers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Possesses a valid RNF license from MAS
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with a private bank or wealth management firm.
• Familiar with private bank account opening, KYC write-up, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must (written and spoken).
• Efficient at multitasking, works well under pressure, and proficient in MS Office.
• High professionalism, ethical standards, and strong analytical and organisational skills.
