Bank of China Singapore is seeking a capable professional to support Relationship Managers in maintaining client relationships and servicing accounts within Private Banking. You will handle enquiries, ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards, and assist in coordinating client events and marketing efforts.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, proficiency in Excel, and a background in financial services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• CACS certified preferred
• Relevant experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, wealth management, or high-end financial marketing.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, prior experience with programming or coding is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining and strengthening client relationships through effective account servicing and client engagement.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing client enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Process client instructions and monitor client accounts in accordance with Private Banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support client events, marketing activities, and business development programmes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and product teams to facilitate effective execution of business objectives.
• Support the Team Head in business management, reporting, performance monitoring, and other ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
