Job summary

Raffles Family Office in Singapore is seeking a skilled onboarding associate to support new account openings, KYC benchmarking, and client service within a private banking setting. You will work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure accurate execution of client requests.

The role requires MAS RNF license, 3–5 years of relevant experience, fluent English and Chinese, and strong written and verbal communication. It offers a dynamic, professional environment.

Qualifications

• RNF license from MAS is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Familiar with private bank account opening and KYC procedures.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services and regulations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Good multitasking, high professionalism and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle new account openings, maintenance, transfers, loans, and payments.
• Assist in onboarding and KYC benchmarking for clients.
• Respond to client and RM inquiries regarding services and products.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
• Support onboarding of Relationship Managers.
• Assist in fund subscription documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for onboarding.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
