Aufgaben

• Oversee full household operations and ensure the residence runs smoothly at all times
• Coordinate day-to-day schedules for family members (school runs, activities, tutoring, medical appointments, etc.)
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day travel logistics for the family, including flights, itineraries, visas, and ground transportation
• Liaise with and supervise household staff (drivers, housekeepers, nannies, etc.)
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (contractors, maintenance, event planners, suppliers)
• Handle ad hoc personal errands and requests for the Principal and family members
• Maintain household budgets, expense tracking, and vendor invoicing
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the household with confidentiality
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
