Private Advertiser is seeking a professional private household and lifestyle manager in Singapore to oversee daily operations and personal tasks for a high-profile executive family. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, strong discretion, and the ability to supervise a domestic staff team.

Responsibilities include coordinating household services, planning family activities and travel, managing schedules, and ensuring security and maintenance of the home. Travel is expected as needed.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for communication with a Chinese-speaking family and vendors.
• At least 5 years of experience in private household management or similar high-touch service environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, service mindset, and discretion when handling personal matters.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate household staff effectively.
• Flexible hours with international travel when required.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Mansioni

• Oversee all household operations including cleanliness, repairs, maintenance, and organization.
• Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (maids, drivers, etc.).
• Ensure the home is well-maintained, presentable, and secure.
• Assist with children's schedules, school runs, activities, and routines.
