shengtang united pte. ltd. is seeking a Private Household / Home Manager to welcome guests, ensure a warm, professional experience, and oversee daily operations of the residence.

You will supervise housekeeping, coordinate with contractors, manage travel, meals, events, budgeting, procurement and admin for the Head of the Company, while maintaining privacy and security; fluent in English and Chinese, with a Class 3 license preferred, and a 5‑day work week.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hospitality experience; hotel/family office advantageous.
• Class 3 Driving License preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• 5-day work week.
• Experience managing household staff in high-net-worth families.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable, professional visit.
• Oversee property maintenance and supervise housekeeping and external contractors.
• Coordinate travel, meals, and private events for management and guests.
• Support Head of Company with scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and pantry supplies.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and expenses.
• Ensure security and safety of facilities and equipment.
