Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from a reputable university.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective private equity opportunities including growth capital and buyouts.
• Analyze business models, competition, financial performance, and industry dynamics.
• Conduct financial, commercial, operational, legal and management due diligence.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations.
• Support transaction execution and prepare investment materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance against the plan and assist value creation initiatives.
• Conduct market research on private equity activity and origination opportunities.
