Job summary

Tikehau Capital in Singapore is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Private Equity team. You will support sourcing, screening, and evaluating opportunities, conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses, and assist in due diligence with external advisers.

You will prepare investment memoranda and presentations for committees and participate in monitoring portfolio performance, collaborating with senior team members across functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and review financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess investment opportunities.
• Solid experience supporting or leading due-diligence workstreams, coordinating external advisers, and contributing to investment-committee materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance; strong preference for candidates with direct PE or M&A execution experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and review financial models, perform valuation analyses, and assess investment opportunities.
• Solid experience supporting or leading due-diligence workstreams, coordinating external advisers, and contributing to investment-committee materials.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive team player with high integrity, ownership mindset, and strong work ethic.
