Job summary

Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset manager, is seeking a talented analyst to join its Private Equity team in Singapore. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and evaluating investment opportunities, with heavy emphasis on financial modeling, valuation, and market research.

You'll assist in due diligence, prepare memoranda for committees, and help monitor portfolio companies while collaborating with senior members and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking (pe/IBD preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research.
• Assist in due diligence processes with advisors and third parties.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees.
• Participate in monitoring and management of portfolio companies.
