Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years banking experience in relationship management, sales, portfolio management or customer service in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5 years in senior management capacity
• Professional certifications: CACS I/II and CMFAS M1B/M5/M6/M6A/M8/M8A

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and grow assets under management
• Articulate company goals and strategies to align team efforts
• Monitor RM performance and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coach RMs through feedback, guidance and ongoing support
• Develop career progression plans and build a strong RM talent pipeline
• Drive acquisition, cross-selling, and client retention through branch products and services
• Maintain high service standards and positive customer experiences
