Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its Wealth Banking business. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers, coaching them to achieve strong sales performance while delivering high-quality, compliant financial advisory services.

In this role you will balance commercial targets with governance, oversee client experience, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The position requires a degree and experience in banking leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services with sales of financial products.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the Wealth Banking portfolio by leading and coaching a team of Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver strong client engagement, effective financial solutions, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Oversee service quality and operational effectiveness to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.
• Provide hands-on leadership through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the FAA and related regulations.
